The Leaderboard Helps Baddeley, Ogilvy and Pampling to PGA Tour Victories(April 18th 2006) CALIFON, NJ—Australians Aaron Baddeley, Geoff Ogilvy and Rod Pampling are the latest golfers to capture PGA Tour victories thanks, in part, to the Leaderboard—the secret training aid the world’s top professional golfers are using to increase their power and perfect their swings. To date, six PGA events including the Masters, were won by tour professionals who use Leaderboard in their training regiment. Baddeley won his first PGA Tour event, the Verizon Heritage Tournament at the Harbour Town Golf Links in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina by one shot over Jim Furyk this past weekend. Ogilvy played near-flawless golf to beat Davis Love III, 3 and 2, in the 36-hole final to win February’s WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship at La Costa Resort in Carlsbad, California, while Pampling posted a one-stroke victory over Greg Owen on March 19 in the Bay Hill Invitational presented by MasterCard at Bay Hill Golf Club in Orlando, Florida. Baddeley, Ogilvy and Pampling are among the growing number of PGA Tour stars using the Leaderboard to improve their golf swings and strengthen the muscles they use to hit the ball longer. They join fellow Australian and Leaderboard endorser Stuart Appleby, who won the season-opening Mercedes Championship for the third consecutive year, defending U.S. Open Champion, Michael Campbell, winner of all three Australian Majors, Robert Allenby and 2004 TPC Champion, Adam Scott in the winner’s circle. “What Aaron, Geoff and Rod have done in the past month—and what Stuart accomplished right out of the gate in January—plus all the tournament success we had last year, continues to validate how effective a tool the Leaderboard has been to the very best golfers in the world,” says managing partner Bob Hanington. “The thing that excites me most, though, is that we are seeing just as dramatic results with amateurs of all levels who have made the Leaderboard part of their practice routine.” The Leaderboard works by making golfers work against resistance, locking their lower body in place and putting them in the optimum dynamic golf position. This automatically creates a more balanced, synchronized and powerful swing which immediately translates to more solid ball striking and incredible gains in distance.
