WACHOVIA CHAMPION USES SONARTEC FAIRWAY METAL
(May 9th 2006) After switching to another fairway wood for a few events without recording a victory, the champion returns to his "go to" Sonartec SS Series fairway metal and wins. This is the same 13 degree Sonartec that he used in his last PGA triumph, the 2005 Western Open in Chicago.
CHAMPION ROLLS THE DICE AND COMES UP A WINNER IN LAS VEGAS (April 17th 2006) The petite and powerful LPGA professional shook off a closely-contended loss at the Kraft Nabisco and then opened the Takefuji Classic with a 9-under-par 63 en route to a wire-to-wire victory in which she set or tied 9 season scoring records.
