Rifle Shafts Celebrate 20th Win of 2006(April 28th 2006) TORRINGTON, Conn. — Dominating the international spotlight, Rifle® Project X steel shafts by Royal Precision produced another dramatic victory in Europe by winning the Andalucia Open De Espana Valle Romano in Cadiz after a four-hole playoff. The victory was the 20th of the young 2006 season for Rifle shafts.
