David Foster, general manager at Talega Golf club, is awarded '2005 Bill Strausbaugh of the year award'(November 2nd 2005) San Clemente, CA ? David Foster, General Manager at Talega Golf Club, has been awarded the recipient of the “2005 Bill Strausbaugh of the Year Award” by the Metropolitan Chapter of the Southern California Section PGA Section.
This award is the highest award the chapter can bestow on an individual. It is for the many years of service to the PGA and it’s Golf Professionals. The Strausbaugh award recognizes those individuals who go out of their way to further the ideals of the PGA, honesty, integrity and service.

The award ceremony was held at the annual Southern California PGA meeting held at Newport Beach Country Club on Monday, on October 31, 2005.
