DYNAMIC GOLD® CLAIMS HARDWARE ON PGA, CHAMPIONS AND NATIONWIDE TOURS THIS WEEKEND(May 1st 2006) Memphis, TN…The winner of last week’s Zurich Classic of New Orleans relied on the vibration-damping performance of Dynamic Gold® with SensiCore® along with a huge dose of courage and self-confidence to finish on top and claim the first PGA Tour® title of his career. After making the cut on the number at 4-under par, the Champion caught fire on the weekend carding rounds of 64-65 while leading the field in both birdies and greens in regulation. In all, True Temper shafts were found in the bags of 6 of the players finishing tied for 7th or better. True Temper shafts remain perfect on the Champions Tour with a victory at the FedEx Kinko’s Classic. The Champion scorched the front nine with six birdies and finished the round with birdies on three of his last four holes to card a 7-under par 65 and claim his second victory in as many weeks. The win marks True Temper’s 9th victory in 9 tournaments played this year on the Champions Tour! It was another week of firsts on the Nationwide Tour, with the Champion at the BMW Charity Pro-Am at The Cliffs, breaking through to claim his first title after 83 previous starts without a victory. Trusting Dynamic Gold in his irons, he fired a final-round 68 to claim a one-shot victory and catapult himself from 20th to 5th on the Nationwide Tour money list.
